Dining Experience

  • For food, we use many local products such as fruits, vegetables and fish. We are not vegetarians; the menu contains meat, eggs, pork, milk, eggs, chicken and fish. However, we do not kill animals that are endangered - even though some passengers insist. If you are vegetarian, please let us know in advance so we can relay this to the chef.
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner serve in a buffet style. The menu is balanced between Peruvian and international food, so you can taste typical dishes in combination with mild flavors. 
  • We use small amounts of salt, sugar and oil. We don’t use monosodium glutamate (Aji-no-moto in Peru).
  • If you are vegetarian or have restrictions on some food, please let us know in advance. The meats we use are: pork, beef, fish, and chicken.
  • There is a fruit basket and a coffee table at your disposal.
